Hi, My name is Deb, and this is my story of how I got my life back. I live in Montana with my husband, and our 13 grandkids.

Through a series of fateful events that would change my health and life path, I responded to a job posting one day.

It was a Sunday and I sat there looking at job postings and clicked on something I saw from a company called Upgraded Formulas inviting me to apply for a position.

All the life I would’ve enjoyed more…It’s a lot to think about, so let’s get started with 3 easy, life-changing tips you can apply today to notice fast improvements yourself:

#1. Intermittent fasting based on the sun. Most people, 71% in fact, struggle with being diabetic or prediabetic, and as a result crave sweets, have a tough time focusing, not feeling moody throughout the day, and have very little willpower to do what matters as a result.

But here’s the truth, we have been taught, programmed even, for years through the media that we need to eat 3 meals or more per day, when the real truth is that is not how we evolved as humans.

See, what actually is we commonly eat when others are eating –even if we are not actually hungry.

Plus this fact: The more we get away from fasting and grazing all day that our ancestors did, the

So what did I do? This began to really reset my metabolism, but I was still around 150 lbs overweight.

Another thing I learned that was important from listening to a bunch of his podcasts is that timing was key. So most days I would stop eating by sunset each day and not eat again until noon the next day. This was a big help with weight loss and detoxing my body but still took quite a bit of effort.

“What were the actual causes behind all my health issues?”

Day 11. I’m shocked because I’m losing weight.
