Taking your sample takes 5 minutes or less. Simply cut a small amount of hair (about a teaspoon) from the back of your head close to the scalp, place it in the provided collection envelope, and mail it to our lab using the prepaid packaging included.
Results are typically delivered within 10–14 business days of the lab receiving your sample. You'll be notified by email as soon as your report is ready to view.
